The following services are offered on-site during all four evenings of Orchestras in the Park:

Food Kiosks

Kiosks offering snack food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available on-site.

Bike Valet Service

Near the stage area, 6 pm to 10 pm

This free bike valet service provides a temporary place for cyclists to park their bicycles. Cyclists will be given a valet ticket and a short, personal information (name, phone number, etc.) form to fill out. They can pick up their bicycles as they are leaving. Bicycles left on-site after closing can be retrieved the following day.

Lost Children Service

Provided by volunteers. To find the Lost Children Service, look for a sign with a teddy bear on it. We suggest that you talk to your children about this service.

Lost and Found

Articles of value:
Please bring any found articles of value to the information kiosk in LeBreton Flats Park, and the NCC will turn them over to the police. If you have to claim a lost article, please contact your local police station.

Articles of lesser value:
A lost and found box for less valuable articles will be available next to the information kiosk at LeBreton Flats Park.

First Aid

First aid services are provided on-site by volunteers.

People with Special Needs

LeBreton Flats Park is accessible for people with special needs.

Drop-off area and parking:

  • A drop-off area (no-parking) in front of  the War Museum’s main entrance doors is available for persons with disabilities.
  • There is limited space in the museum’s underground parking ($) for persons with disabilities and on the Vimy Place. A small area* near the main stage will be available for people in wheelchairs. Volunteers will be on hand between 6:30 pm and 9 pm to provide assistance, if needed.
    * Space is limited: One companion only, please.

Assistive Listening Devices

For persons with hearing impairment, assistive listening devices will be available at the First Aid tent, located at the south entrance of the park, off of Wellington Street.
